Sound the bell! Manchester City and Italy striker Mario Balotelli is the latest soccer daddy in town!! His estranged girlfriend, Raffaella Fico made that possible as she was on Wednesday, December 5, delivered of a cutie baby girl already given a cutie Italian name, Pia.
Balotelli was not however around during the child’s birth. Congrats bad boy.
