The swearing in happened in the dining room of Mr. Suntai at the Governor's Lodge in Jalingo in the presence of the new cabinet members and some state helmsmen. The governor read a short speech broadcast on state TV. He was unclear and unstable…:) I hope... I just hope...hmmmm
